I was a bit surprised that there wasn't a temporal paradox or even a flash and bang (like with the screwdrivers) when the two Amys touched, but whatevs. It's cool.
Didn't they touch after the screwdrivers? The two Doctors definitely did. So why did they even show the sparks?
Amy measured herself and pulled on her hair and stuff. I guess it's just a plot hole. Here's another that occurred to me: if Amy's parents were sucked into a crack and were never born at all, how did AMY get born?? Why does she still exist? That's a major plot hole if I ever saw one. But I'm willing to forgive plot holes since the rest of the episode was so damn entertaining.
Insert theme music here.
Doctor Who: The Big Bang (and as River Song would say, "Spoilers." )

She then told it her name, and asked it to check its records.
