I thought Cotillard was absolutely amazing. The others and the story were engaging as well. Graphics? Understated and elegant.
And Ariadne? Love the homage to Theseus and the Labyrinth.
Truly one of the most original movies I've seen to date.
for a more detailed review, I thought Ebert summed it up best. (4/4 stars!)

I was terrified of her.

I loved all the little details too, like the Ariadne thing. Another one I noticed was the song they used to wake each other from the dream is called "Non, je ne regrette rien," which translates from the French as "No, I regret nothing." Fits pretty well with some of the the themes of the film, and furthermore, it is by Édith Piaf, whom Cotillard portrayed in the 2007 film La Vie en Rose, winning an Oscar.
Insert theme music here.

Wikipedia says Nolan almost ditched the Piaf song when Cotillard was cast.
