But honestly, I don't think the cast was the problem, it was GL's awful scripts and almost exclusive blue screen shooting.


Agreed. I don't blame any of the cast members for poor script and directing. Nor for how the movies were shot.


The jedi fights are actually the worst. If you look at how Mace Windu deflects bolts in the 2nd movie, it's apparent that he's just swinging his stick around. It looks atrocious. There's no recoil, no realism, no nothing...
