It is the name of the first of a two-part episode. It is excellent.
The Moffat double threw me off, until I was purusing an episode listing and saw the writer's name. 
Ah, sorry. I forget people don't always notice who has written the episode. His episodes are worth looking out for, though. There is at least one in every season.
