I did enjoy the movie when I watched it a good number of years ago, and I imagine I'd still mostly enjoy it now. So I guess it's mostly because of Benigni himself that I'm glad the movie is not in the list. :P And I imagine that would also be why it's not there - they can hardly have forgotten it, it was one of the most successful foreign movies in the US if I'm not mistaken.
