The Nagini/Bathilda scene.
In the book, the snake is freaking TERRIFYING, and Harry keeps getting flashes of Voldemort getting closer, and Hermione shrieking "He's here! He's here!"
Here, it's just the snake, and they knock her out of the attick pretty quickly.
I slapped myself in the face THREE times when the snake flashed back up the stairs. Scary enough.
