I thought the "In Sickness And In Hell" episode of Xena was the funniest, where Scabrielle gets foot rot and Eczema gets lice. Hilarious antics ensued.
As much as I don't like bodily humor, you're right, that was hilarious. Like when Gabrielle is peeling skin off of herself. (Lol that sounds just gross, but it was funny, especially the interaction between the actresses)
