I mean it will never be as good as it was in my head while I was reading it, and something is always lost in translation from books to television.

Some of the casting I don't like (Cat and Cersei strike me as too old and not attractive as they were made out in the books, while Ned and Tyrion were bang on and the kids did a fantastic job), but what can you do really.

I think the scene in the godswood was like it was torn right out from my head and put on screen, I loved it. Especially the heart tree. The crypt was well done as well.

All in all, I'm hopeful. It may never be as good as Rome, but I think it could very well be a new favourite series.
