So. If she is Amy's daughter, why is she exhibiting signs of being a Timelord? I am fairly sure simply being born after travelling a bit in a Tardis is not enough to do that.

If she is not Amy's daughter, why is she exhibiting signs of being a Timelord?

After all Amy wasn't the only one to appear nauseous and we do now know that River and the Doctor's relationship is defenitly of a romantic nature.

Also the child seems to understand that she will regenerate which is interesting.

That would be very, very interesting. But it does not really explain why Amy is the one holding the child. Unless it is in the future and ... my head hurts.

The photo could be a deliberate red herring, Amy could just have been present at the birth (unlikely perhaps but possible). I'm wondering if it was Amy who ripped the child out of the suit, rather than the child getting herself out.

Indeed.

I can't help but wonder if the Silents were depending on the Doctor doing something. I mean why allow the Doctor find them so easily by leaving the link to Amy and they do keep saying that silence/Silents? will fall.

Yes. I really hope this is all taken up again later in the season. It was a little muddled.

I'm also kind of peeved that we are already over a quarter way through the first part of the season.

I know!
