I'd really love to see Anthony (Stuart) Head, though I really doubt that will be able to happen (he's probably locked in to filming series 4 of Merlin during that time).
I'd still love to see Peter Woodward in there somewhere too.
Also, is Oberyn Martell in book 2 of the series? I don't recall when we first see him, but Cliff Simon would be great for that role.
I also have to agree with one of Werthead's postings somewhere else (ie NOT on RAFO) suggesting Keith Allen as Balon Greyjoy. That works completely, as the guy is a great actor, AND happens to be the RL father of Alfie Allen (Theon). So fitting!

I am most curious about their choices for Stannis, Davos and Brienne. No matter how often she was described in the books, I could never stop thinking that she wasn't as ugly. I have no idea right who could do the job.
