I find K-Stew really attractive. And yes, she has been pretty decent in other films. It's the only reason I'll ever check out the rest of this series, once they are on TV. We caught the first part this spring while it was on and laughed for two hours. It was pretty lousy and I have no reason to believe the sequels got any better, because the whole premise is just incredibly silly.
Though I'll grant you she looks a fair sight more attractive in the shots I've seen of Snow White. And it's not as if she's ugly to begin with. Just, you know, not really attractive, imho.
And yes, when the books are not particularly good to start with, it's rather unlikely that the movies would be all that great... unless they dare to run roughshod over the books, and that was hardly likely with such a bestseller and such fanatic fans. I don't even get how people can love HP through the movies alone without ever reading the books, but I frankly doubt it's possible with Twilight. Call me an optimist.
