When Robb was talking to "Talisa" she said something along the lines of "what if I told you my father was a silk merchant?" (or whatever merchant/farmer type thing she described)

I couldn't help but think of the similar conversation between Perrin and Faile, where she described her father as an ice-pepper merchant. (Assuming here that Talisa really is Jeyne Westerling, and that her father is a noble, who probably makes some money from some sort of trade, whether directly or by taxing those in his fiefdom).
