I know Shae betrays Tyrion, but does Bronn as well?
Bronn doesn't betray Tyrion exactly. Tyrion becomes no longer the richest man that is willing to pay Tyrion and thus Bronn is no longer willing to fight for Tyrion.
Bronn may be friends with Tyrion and money does enhance their friendship but Bronn is not willing to risk his neck for Tyrion unless there is a possibility of a reward.
No more spoilers for you, catch up and read Storm of Swords there are some really fricking awesome scenes in that book.
