I certainly still like her and loved her the most during Clash.
And I am sure there are millions of readers who root for Dany in the books (I rarely do either) . So your observations are rather subjective. Which is fine. You may just have interpreted the books and the characters differently than many other readers including the writers of the show.

Hmm perhaps, though honestly other than the dead starks I don't pull for anyone. The soup event in the books and how she used some of her death wishes for somewhat petty things were the reasons I lost some sympathy (but then I have sympathy for no one in these books really which is why I like them) I may be getting what happened when though confused...
