It was ok, but there was far too many changes and ridicilous action scenes to my liking, and I didn't like the art direction. Some of the dwarves just looked like short humans, Thorin was too young looking, Dale and it's people were completely off, etc.
Ok, and partly enjoyable, but the money grab was obviously there.
