I'm surprised how few people have looked up book spoilers to find out what happens next. There's actually a large subset of fans called the 'Unsullied', who refuse to heed any info from the books at all and avoid all references to the book for this reason.

I held out on spoilers as long as I could, which means all of Season 1. It was pretty awesome to see Ned die without actually knowing about it before hand, took me completely by surprise. Then I spoiler-whored myself in seasons 2 and 3 and it hasn't quite been the same experience t_t
