A youtube review video did rightly point out there was some wackiness going on this episode.

Starting from the two bozos attacking the hound. You have two guys, one without a sword, sneaking up on the hound. Well of course you'll send the unarmed guy to try to bite him from behind, while the armed guy just stands around without drawing his sword. Then he lets Arya just poke him through the heart. WHAAAT ?

Then there was the scene with Hotpie. It just seemed too easy. I'm quite sure that's not how it went down in the books.
