Might as well ask why the sky is blue. nossy Send a noteboard - 30/12/2014 09:05:37 PM

View original postBond was an action-comedy series at all times, and it didn't take itself too seriously (though obviously too many fans were too stupid to realize that). Ever since they "rebooted" it in Casino Royale, they've tried to make it more serious, and it has turned into yet another idiotic series like the Bourne movies or Mission Impossible. I found the last one completely unwatchable and turned it off after an hour. Just let it die and come up with something new and original.

I agree with that in general anyway. I'm tired of the remakes, but I like the history of the Bond movies. And I like the serious Bond, though I've definitely had a few issues with it. A digger on a train? Seriously?
