Step one make up a stupid and inaccurate portrait of people who disagree are with you.
Step two make fun of that portrait because it is stupid.
Step three feel superior for being smarter that the stupid portrait.
Step four have people whose over inflated self worth makes them really need to feel smart heap praise on you for making them feel smart as well.
Wash rinse repeat.
