Adding a subscription service will probably end up with the extra stuff they throw up on websites to be under Hulu. This means that paying the premium price will result in getting more than the standard TV viewer or internet fan.

The other thing to look at is that if it costs a studio $100 to make a decent TV series and they only recoup $70 from advertising due to lower ratings than they previously would hgave received due to downloading and other distractions then they need to look at recouping that cost in other ways. Either that or reduce the quality of their programing to be more reality TV.

Since I don't live in the US and can't access it (and need to download stuff to keep up so you guys don't pass on all the spoilers) I'd be happy to pay a fee to watch shows I like via the net.
