From various sources, it appears that almost everyone from Season 1 and 2 will make a return appearance: Ana-Lucia, Michael and Libby are confirmed back at various points. Eko and Shannon are heavily rumoured and both actors said months ago they'd do it, but there's been no news on if they did come back or not. The only actor who I think has confirmed they're 100% not coming back is Mira Furlan, who plays Danielle Rousseau, as she was filming a movie during the whole time period. However, it's possible Young Rousseau from early Season 5 returns instead.
