Hmmm... Jacob Send a noteboard - 12/03/2010 08:20:02 PM
Star Trek: The Original Movie: It's the very first movie that I remember going to... and I was way little. I still have the mental image of all those people, excitedly waiting, the lights going down... and that theme starting. People cheered.

Back to the Future: Man I just loved that movie. The whole family loved watching that movie.

Aliens: We watched the film in an old wrap around theater, The Cooper. Man that movie scared the bejeesus out of me in the theater.

Transformers the Movie... They killed Optimus Prime! The entire group of kids that I was with were outraged.

Star Trek II: Wrath of Khan... awesome movie to see on the big screen. 'What are they doing to Chekov's ear!' That totally gave me the willies for weeks.

Return of the Jedi... as kid, seeing that in the theater, I felt like I was part of something magical.

Poltergeist... at the drive in... my mom actually had knocked the speaker out of the window she got so scared. :P

Jurassic Park... dinosaurs on the big screen. It was soooo cool.

Star Ship Troopers... I was reviewing the film for my college news paper. We had just the right audience for that movie. We cheered, clapped, moaned, shouted. One of the most enjoyable crowd experiences ever.

Star Wars: The Phantom Menace... the excitement and energy level of the crowd was immense. Then little R2 saved the day during the escape from the planet. People stood up and cheered.

Those are just some off the top of my head.
