At least Perrin had a dispute with Hopper in TGS, how to behave in TAR, more like a wolf or like a man, because Perrin fears to lose control (Perrin says he even tried to kill Hopper). And Perrin indicated that it's important for the Last Battle that he will master the wolf dream/TAR and that he has the control about his "inner wolf".
