If there was a first turning of the Wheel after its creation, with a first 1st Age, a first AoL, and so on, so that the Pattern could actually be woven bit by bit. Or if the whole Pattern, i.e. all of the past and future, was already there made by the Creator, as Fanatic-Templar seems to believe.
