On the other hand, Egwene is anyway convinced from her Dreams that she will bond Gawyn (and probably marry him), and certainly Gawyn wants the same. Therefore I don't really see why Egwene would wait long to do this, especially since after bonding Gawyn as a Warder she would even have more means to get obedience from him. In the epilogue of TGS Egwene also didn't thought of any ongoing conflict with Gawyn, but seemed overall very content (except for the BA/Mesaana issue).

But we will see. As said, personally I still think the bonding will soon happen in one of Egwene's few chapters in ToM.
