I was rereading GS for the first time when I came to the Rands 3,578th time thinking about Asmo and how urked he was that he ran off; while Lews Therin raves about killing him and thought to myself "Hmmmm, maybe Lews did..."
The blood drained face and NOOOoooo could definately be a result of seeing Rand/Lews weaving balefire at him, it wouldn't be the happiest moment of my day.
