But to pose as him to either bring Rand or Moridin up against Demandred would make sense for Aran'gar, IMO.

Demandred also thought at the Cleansing that he wants to kill Rand personally. So, the quote in TGS is congruent with what RJ wrote.


The Forsaken generally steer away from angering Ishamael, Demandred and Semirhage. I find it odd that Aran'gar would pose as Demandred if she had other potential Forsaken to use.

I'm more in favour of it being Osan'gar. He has the guts to pose as Demandred.

Then again, didn't Demandred called the failed assassination a botch up by 'those idiots' as if he commanded them to do so.
