She certainly won't have. The Sitters will be adamant to show that they aren't under Egwene's thumb now that the Law of War no longer applies. And since when has any Sitter stopped thinking that she and only she knows best?
She will argue that the Law of War has to continue, because now the Shadow has to be fought. In any case, Super Egwene will anyway outsmart the Hall.
After the raid I don't see how anyone could fail to stand for such a proposal. That way she remains in control of the hall.
