Unless, and this is a BIG unless, you are the ruler, ie the Empress. So what you are defending here is not justice but rather what you see as a benevolent dictatorship.
Benevolent dictatorship is a lot better than the tyrants of Tear, for example. The Empresses have their Truthspeakers and their idea of honor to keep them in line. It's at least better than nothing.
Oh, and you better hope that your baby daughter isn't born with the Spark or she'll be taken away to live life as a possession.
Man, I'm glad that for a thousand years it has been taught that that is the only decent thing to do, eh?
The Seanchan order comes at the price of a slave-nation mentality. One necessitates the other. Remove the slavery and order will begin to break down as people realize the Empire is not always right.
I don't really see this. Tuon is going to be in control even after she frees the Damane (if that happens) and the damane are the most important aspect of their slavery. That's how I believe, but others can disagree.
Not that the feudalists in Randland are better, but to say Seanchan society is perfect is blinded at best and delusive at worst.
Did someone say it was perfect? It's glaringly obvious to every one of us that it isn't perfect. The Seanchan have been described as monsters by the main characters often enough. But it's nowhere near the worst.

I disprove your argument with one word. Coincidentally, it is a character.
