We know that balefire doesn't destroy your soul, but that sort of conclusion isn't present with other murderous things we've seen in the series. State why you think the following do/do not destroy the soul permanently...

1. Being kissed by a draghkar

2. Being used as a vassal to forge a Myrddraal blade

3. If your mindtrap is destroyed.

4. If the DO wants to destroy your soul (assuming you're in the Pit of Doom)

5. Death by mashadar

6. Others you would like to suggest



Perhahps you are confusing permanent destruction of a soul with a soul being beyond the DO's reach? What do you think?
