My choices for the prologue are:

Galad: Because it's not a major story arc, I prefer to hear from the WC in a prologue. They are far from my personal favorites but since Galad has taken leadership, they are a little more interesting to read. But on the larger picture, I don't believe they will be much more than an army fighting small battles.

Lan: We are more than due for a POV from him, or, from one of his followers in his army. Lan has always been one of my favorites and I can't wait to see what will be his final role in the LB.

Fain: Fain has always been a character I liked. Because he's rogue and independent, he is shrouded in mystery as to what his final role will be. Will it be major and shift winds for either the Lightside or the Shadow? I can't answer, but I can't get enough if that little rascal.

Forsaken Garden Party: I can't believe we will not see them and see their reaction to the events that happened in TGS, although since we will go back in time, it may be difficult to place them in the Prologue. What I would wish is a Demandred POV giving us finally some insights as to what he's doing. Not THE revelation but some small tidbits.

Elayne: Her coronation needs to be resolved fast and clean. On the bigger picture, it's not that important to see it, especially since we are in the second act of the last book. Unless the big Caemlyn battle starts during her coronation, I want it resolved fast. It's also a good moment to get an update on her and her followers.

Shayol Gul: I think we are more than due to se some Dark One interaction there. I thought it was really great in LC to see him and I hope we will see him, maybe giving SH and Moridin some final instructions.
