In tSR she makes a comment about knowing her husband's face better than the wonder girls. When they ask her who she's talking about, she plays it off as they are all ignorant of that knowledge. However, most people take it to be a clue that she knows Thom will be her husband. Along with the fact that she tells him they will meet again and that he will survive Tanchico.
She was dead certain back in EotW that he had survived his encounter with the Myrdraal in Whitebridge, too, and attributed it to a viewing of Min's that had not yet come to pass. She dropped the husband clue in tSR in the same conversation where she would later reveal that she was starting to consider using the doorway ter'angreal.
