In tSR she makes a comment about knowing her husband's face better than the wonder girls. When they ask her who she's talking about, she plays it off as they are all ignorant of that knowledge. However, most people take it to be a clue that she knows Thom will be her husband. Along with the fact that she tells him they will meet again and that he will survive Tanchico.
Did she reveal that she knew because of Min in EOTW? I don't remember that. I thought she kept it mysterious, just said she was fairly sure Thom was alive, that no dead gleeman was mentionned in Whitebridge and so on.
It's pretty obvious there's that viewing involved, though and also that by TDR or so Moiraine's faith in Min's viewings has become absolute. In TSR, she doesn't hesitate to speak very affirmatively to Thom, with zero evasion - so she's totally convinced she speaks the naked truth there. Moiraine has become convinced she won't die and neither will Thom before the viewing is accomplished. She deals with this exactly like Elayne does in KOD: she can endanger Thom, and she can take many greater risks, because the viewing isn't yet fulfilled. Jordan was being ironic there, as Moiraine behave this way on the one hand, and was aroudn the same time reminding Rand that for all the prophecies he could die on the other hand.

She knew he'd survive because Min told Moiraine they end up together, and they weren't a couple yet.

She needs to have known that she would see Thom again

It doesn't change your point, but I know she hadn't entered the doorway yet. It was in this chapter

You're misinterpreting which viewing is the one which Min believes turned out wrong.

It's something that you have to work out for yourself, it's not thrown in your face.

I see your logic trail, I just don't think Min would have told something like that to Moiraine

Dude. She tells Moiraine about it immediately upon first seeing Thom in Baerlon.

No, you're the one who's wrong.

Are you forgetting EOTW? It was crystal clear that Min told Moiraine about all of her viewings
