It makes sense to fear the times and the DO; The Dragon Reborn less so Knightscape Send a noteboard - 11/10/2010 03:18:56 PM
On one side there has been the DO and his followers who want and actively try to destroy the world. On the other side there is the Dragon/Dragon Reborn and his allies who have saved the world in the past and are the only hope for any kind of survival in the future. Even if the survival of creation comes at the price of a great deal of destruction, people would have to believe that it would be better than the alternative. Being fearful in generally would make sense, but with that fear there would have to also be hope; that is if the people truly believed in the histories and the prophesies.
All good things come to those who wait.

The people of Randland need him - 11/10/2010 01:26:48 PM 550 Views
He's not hated. He is feared because of the inevitable destruction salvation will bring. - 11/10/2010 02:18:30 PM 548 Views

The previous "rescue" saved the world but at great cost - 11/10/2010 03:39:18 PM 487 Views
And where do you see people (other than dark friends and politicals) denying that? - 11/10/2010 03:49:27 PM 452 Views
If the people don't know what is at stake, then he needs to tell them - 11/10/2010 04:49:58 PM 497 Views

Gleeman - 11/10/2010 06:24:24 PM 531 Views
that is incredibly impractical - 11/10/2010 07:35:06 PM 423 Views
Gleeman would be the most effective way to spread any message in Randland - 11/10/2010 08:18:38 PM 582 Views
it would be the most effective. That does not mean it's practically effective. - 11/10/2010 08:59:59 PM 446 Views

I wouldn't think that they would necessarily proclaim themselves. - 11/10/2010 10:15:27 PM 451 Views
When the FS and AS not even knowing this information don't ya think it's pointless? - 11/10/2010 05:58:54 PM 436 Views
If they don't know then informing them would be an important first step in the PR process. *NM* - 11/10/2010 06:28:10 PM 200 Views
