So, here's what I've got:

Egwene: Opposes Rand on his plan to break the Seals. Apparently has some mysterious knowledge on this issue. Participates in a massive battle in TAR with the Wise Ones against Mesaana and the Blacks. She "destroys Mesaana's mind" in TAR, and apparently the FS is now a drooling zombie!

Nynaeve: Learns to heal men who went mad by the Taint, but is unable to fully Heal Rand. Takes the AS test, becomes a full time AS, and gets Lan's bond. Also participates in the TAR fight.

Elayne: Apparently becomes Queen of Cairhein as well, and towards the end, kills about a million Trollocs single-handedly when they come pouring into Caemlyn.

I'm so pumped for this book!
