Perrin: Yup. It's a great scene!

Elayne: It doesn't seem real clear which of them she's supporting. I kind of think that this whole "Egwene vs. Rand" thing has gotten blown up into a bigger thing than it actually is. When Rand meets with Egwene he basically tells her that he will be breaking the seals and going to Shayol Ghul in one month. The day before he does that, he promises to return to Tar Valon adn meet with her. He lets her know that he is telling her this so that she can make plans. She then starts trying to rally all of his allies to be there with her so she can convince them not to go along with his plan. I think that this is actually Rand's goal; Egwene will bring all of the good guys together at Tar Valon so they'll be united for the start of Tarmon Gai'don. Egwene is gathering everyone to PERSUADE Rand not to go forward with his plan, not to STOP him from doing it. She thinks it's incredibly risky and needs more study before going forward with it. Egwene's final PoV is everyone assembled at Tar Valon on the day Rand will return and she suddenly sees the clouds part over the city and knows he has arrived.

Nynaeve: She's reluctant to return at first, but it's not entirely against her will.

Forsaken around Elayne: Not that I'm aware of.

Egwene and the Wise Ones: They are getting along pretty well and working together on ways that the Aes Sedai and Wise Ones can work together going forward (Accepted being sent to train under the Wise Ones, for example).
