She thinks it's incredibly risky and needs more study before going forward with it. Egwene's final PoV is everyone assembled at Tar Valon on the day Rand will return and she suddenly sees the clouds part over the city and knows he has arrived.


Why? Is it just general caution about the idea of breaking the seals. Does Rand give good reasons for why he is planning on doing it and generally does the book imply that one of them is right or is it left as a mystery.


Nynaeve: She's reluctant to return at first, but it's not entirely against her will.


Does she take the oaths? For that matter, do we see what Rand thinks of the oaths since he now has LTT's memories and knows what the binder was truly used for. Does he for example tell someone (Cadsuane?) about the reduced life spans.
