Hilarious! You say people 'blanked out' that Egwene had a Dream. All I did was ask if -Egwene herself- mentioned the Dream to Rand. The answer was a clear "NO".All I said that 'the people' didn't forget that Dream, but apparently Egwene did. You don't need to have read the book to know that's plain stupidity, when you could have better informed the one person in the world prophecised to save it!
Egwene realizes the significance of the dream only when Rand tells her he's going to break the Seals.
What stopped her from just saying she Dreamed about it right there and then. It's a two second sentence! Egwene asks him to wait so she can discuss this plan of his with him more,...
A perfect opportunity to add weight to her wanting to discuss it -by mentioning- that dream!but he insists that he has to leave right away, and that he'll listen to her arguments one month later. What was Egwene to do? Continue the discussion anyway?
Dropping what she considers vital information in one sentence wouldn't actually -be- a discussion, now would it?It only takes a few seconds to say she had a real Dream just hours ago and that she thought it was all about Breaking the Seals.
