It would be lame, but I'm going to guess that the Seanchan Travel in to the White Tower with all their strength right before everyone else leaves for Shayol Ghul. The Seanchan will get their ass beat because they're completely surprised and both Rand and Perrin will be there for ta'veren power. Fortuona will be captured or forced to surrender, and they'll use a binding rod on her.
