That this future Aviendha saw will be altered in a way that the Seanchan conflict will be peacefully resolved and that the Aiel get another purpose.

However, I don't think that this would make it less likely that Rand and his women (plus maybe a few other characters like maybe Moiraine & Thom) might leave the WoT world with the Ogier (like the Ring-bearers left with the Elves). That probably wouldn't be changed, even if Aviendha manages to change the future in other ways.
