She went from "awesome for a Seanchan" to "Suroth Part II"
We were in her own PoV for crap's sake. There's no reason we should have lost every single happy or playful or intelligent thought from her. It's okay for her to look like a stern, heartless b*tch if we're in another Seanchan's PoV. But it's not okay from her's because she has never been that person.
I don't get it where you came up with this image of Tuon. In KoD it was perfectly clear from her PoV that she's murderous, calculating, heartless b!tch that she is.
