The only evidence I've seen in this area is the bright white light Nyn saw in his mind.. but I don't think that's enough to call it "the creator's hand"
I thought the "bright white light" between his mind and the madness from the taint was the True Power. Makes sense, since Ishamael used the TP to heal LTT from madness once before. I could be wrong, though.
