IIRC the Andoran nobles which were stripped of lands were all women, and weren't leading their men in battle personally anyway. So all the change is that now whoever Lance Captain they've had in charge of their men in battle, will now ride under the banner of a Caiirhien lord now and will be a part of a larger force together with the Cairhien retainers of the new lord.

The punishment isn't too harsh, it's pretty mild actually, they were broke, they had exhausted all the resources of their lands and owed big ransoms. Now they can start anew without debts.

I really do not see how being given new lands and a new chance is "worse than death". LadyLorraine - 02/12/2010 04:13:53 PM 1076 Views

Notice how people liked Henry VIII more than they liked Henry VII guttering flame - 01/12/2010 11:15:03 AM 988 Views
because of his "Kingly" behavior, in comparison to VII's lack thereof. LadyLorraine - 01/12/2010 08:26:26 PM 1052 Views
