Particularly after the last few books that were plodding.

Jesus, the last books by RJ were not "plodding", as you insist on bringing up in every thread even vaguely criticising this roughly cobbled-together novel. The fact that you people can find ToM "satisfying" is completely mystifying to me. I mean, this is the fantasy genre, after all, so I don't expect Moby Dick or Anna Karenina, but why do you insist on pretending everything Sanderson has done with this story - which, I might add, is not even his - is acceptable?
