Yup, Sanderson has no subtly, or at least assumes that his readers have an IQ of 6.

I enjoyed ToM but his writing really was far, far poorer than that of RJ's, or even of his own writing in his own books (I've only read Elantris so far, and that was much better - not as good as WoT, but much better).
Personally, I found the writing style of Graendal's death to be completely wrong. Very short paragraphs, far more action than description, the character's thoughts and actions jumping around in a very contrived way. It would have been worth it for me if Graendal had died there because it would give some closure to the event, but as it stood, it was pure Deus Ex Machina for the Shadow.
Looking over the book, I suspect Brandon switched between using a different FS to kill Perrin and using Graendal. I think it was originally supposed to be Cyndane (hence her misery in the Epilogue), but Brandon decided it would be better to let her remain more mysterious going into AMoL. That's what I'd like to be believe, since it would make the decision less horrible.

If you don't find it acceptable, fine, but I do. reading is not objective.

Personally I don't get it. If I wanted to read Shakespeare I would've picked up Hamlet.
