Just making it clear that my use of the term 'High Queen' was meant to indicate an example where a King or Queen would defer to another leader, so I was talking about the symbolic gestures. Not implying that the Amyrlin ruled all of the other leaders (even though apparently the Tamyrlin did this in the Age of Legends)
