The number of occasions of channeling women hurting him is undefined. The AS kidnapping him is certainly one. If things go badly the Field of Merrilor could be the second.
But Perrin being at Dragonmount was the second time.


Disagree. Perrin didn't do anything there, he just observed. When reading it I was looking for some sign that he might have done something but there was no indication that Perrin's presence mattered to Rand.


Viewing was about Perrin "being there", not about Perrin rescuing or helping Rand. Dragonmount event definitely counts as fulfilling the viewing.
