So yeah, Alivia got a little hurt, but she turned Cyndane back nonetheless. Also, we don't know if Cyndane was injured.

I'm not sure why people need to declare a winner so badly but, ultimately, Alivia won in every way that mattered because Cyndane never got near Rand and Nynaeve. In terms of their actual combat, I think we have to call it a messy draw.
