It seems poetic that the Forsaken some of whose interactions with Rand started in Rhuidean would return, do something to the ter'angreal, track Aviendha and then disguise herself (as she did with Rand) to sow seeds for Rands' destruction. Especially since she has had time to figure out which one of the two women she tortured was Aviendha. I doubt Aviendha has attained the mastery of T'A'R that Egwene has since she lacks the talent for it, and I think there is a possibility that Lanfear is doing what so many of us hoped other Forsaken would do - go after Rands' wives.
Also, I'm reminded of the time when Rand was in the portal stone world (ironically, this was another episode that Lanfear was intimately involved in) - while he was there, he vanished from the world of Dreams, and Egwene sensed that he was no longer in reality. The effect of his absence on Viewings and Dreams are not quite clear, but it seems likely that exiting reality did have an effect. Perhaps the same thing is happening here - Rand has become such a nexus of the Pattern that Aviendha saw Viewings that were showing all of the possible realities that could result from his actions. If the timeline was more clear, we'd know whether or not this was before or after Rand met with Tuon or had his epiphany. Given the chronological discrepancies elsewhere in the book, it is very difficult IMHO to determine what the nature of these Viewings could be.

Avi's 2nd trip indirectly tells us something about Elayne

The Queen of Andor in Avi's viewing was actually Elayne's granddaughter.

Aviendha and Tuon are also dead or gone by that point. *NM*

40/50 is still young for Tuon to die, unless she's assassinated

it's possible that the Dragon and his 3 wives simply leave together at a certain point

Can you honestly see Elayne leaving her children and/or the throne of Andor to be with him?

True it seems very unlikely, but perhaps they leave when the kids are grown?

It's clearly implied that the vision with Avi's kids is about 17 years after the Last Battle

It tells us Elayne doesn't rule very long, and neither does her daughter... BUT

Lanfear or a Forsaken as Nakomi don't make much sense to me
