sorry for not clarifying. I figured Egwene knew how to do it. Or puzzled it out from what she'd learned from the WO (and maybe Moggy)...
I also figured that her time spent spying on the Red Amyrlin from Salidar might've taught her to find the woman's mind in TaR. Or her time in the Tower as a captive. Or that she'd figure it out when she realized the danger, sleeping mind racing against a dersuldam (or Tuon) going to get the secret. I dunno, it seems like the sort of thing Eggy would do.

Elaida's dreams are not TAR.
Egwene most probably can't even locate Elaida's dreams, she can only find those of specific people she knows well or are very near her in the real world IIRC.
Second, if she finds them, she can't just enter them, since that would put her under the control of Elaida. She would have to drag Elaida into TAR and I don't think she knows how to do that.
